Account Information

I may collect information about how you interact with the service, including requests made to generate content, review lyrics, or get rhyming suggestions.The service uses cookies to maintain your authentication session. I use a session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is essential for the service to function and cannot be disabled if you wish to use the service. I do not use third-party tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. I do not use cookies for marketing or advertising purposes.
I will use the information that I collect about you for these purposes.
When you request generated content (such as verses, choruses, rhymes, or reviews), your song and project content is sent to OpenRouter, which routes requests to large language models. Please note that while using this service, your data may be sent to jurisdictions such as the United States of America, or the European Union, to these large language model vendors to generate content. I recommend reviewing OpenRouter's privacy policy to understand how they handle your data.
If I want to use your information for any other purpose outside of providing my service, I will ask you for consent, unless I am required to do otherwise by law.
Depending on the law that applies, you may have a right to access and rectify or erase your personal data or receive a copy of your personal data, restrict or object to the active processing of your data, ask me to share your personal information with another entity, withdraw any consent you provided to me to process your data, a right to lodge a complaint with a statutory authority and such other rights as may be relevant under applicable laws. Do note that if you do not allow my service to collect or process the required personal information or withdraw the consent to process the same for the required purposes, you may not be able to access or use the services for which your information was sought.
The security of your information is important to us and I will use reasonable security measures to prevent the loss, misuse or unauthorised alteration of your information under my control. However, given the inherent risks, I cannot guarantee absolute security and consequently, I cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to me and you do so at your own risk. By using the service, you acknowledge that this data, such as your email address or projects, is transferred to and stored on my servers, which may not be absolutely secured and attack-proof.

OpenRouter
This is used to access large language models.The service may also contain links to other websites that are not operated by me. This privacy policy does not address the privacy policy and other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating any website or service that may be accessible via a link on the service. I strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. I have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
I retain your personal information and project data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the service. If you delete your account, your user data, projects, and associated information will be permanently deleted from my systems, subject to any legal obligations I may have to retain certain information. Session data is automatically deleted when sessions expire or when you log out. Verification tokens are deleted after they expire or are used.
Please note that data sent to OpenRouter may be retained by that service according to their own privacy policies and data retention practices, which are outside of my control.
The service is not intended for people under the age of eighteen (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). I do not knowingly collect personal information from people under the age of eighteen. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided me with personal information, please contact me at jack@lyricl.io and I will delete such information from my systems.
The service may contain explicit content, and users are required to be of legal age in their jurisdiction to use the service, particularly when creating projects with explicit content flags.
